The mission of Joining Hearts is to raise awareness and funds to support the prevention, care and housing of those impacted by HIV/AIDS in Atlanta. This is our 38th YEAR in operation. We can't support our mission without our amazing Patrons, Sponsors, guests AND incredible volunteers like you!
