Upon entering a Joining Hearts Event, you assume any and all risks of accident, injury and/or illness which may directly or indirectly result from your participation and attendance at any Joining Hearts event. You waive any and all actual, potential, and future claims resulting in loss or damage to your personal property, bodily injury, or any other personal injury that may result from your participation and attendance at a Joining Hearts event. By completing the waiver online or manually, you also agree to release all claims and hold harmless Joining Hearts, Inc., including any and all of its agents, representatives, assigns, directors, officers, hosts, volunteers, donors, vendors, beneficiaries, the Piedmont Park Conservancy, and the City of Atlanta understanding that your participation and attendance at a Joining Hearts event is both knowing and voluntary. If you choose to check personal property at a provided bag check-in, you specifically do so at your own risk and understand that Joining Hearts, Inc., including its agents, representatives, assigns, directors, officers, hosts, volunteers, donors, vendors, beneficiaries, The Piedmont Park Conservancy, The City of Atlanta, The Atlanta Eagle, and The Heretic Atlanta will not be held responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal property. You understand and consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded visual display or other reproduction of any type of a Joining Hearts event.

Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited at all Joining Hearts events. If you are found engaging in such activity, you will be subject to immediate removal from the event and possible arrest by law enforcement authorities.
